Qualifications

• 4+ years in Senior HR Business Partner or ER/IR role, ideally Local Government
• Degree in HR, IR, Law, or related field
• Knowledge of Victorian public sector frameworks and Fair Work legislation
• Proven ability to coach executives and manage union relations

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic ER/IR counsel on complex workplace matters and awards
• Lead workplace investigations and disputes resolution
• Partner with leaders to develop leadership capability and org development
• Support EBA negotiations and change management initiatives
• Use data insights to identify trends and inform executive decisions
