Job summary

SafeWork NSW is seeking a Director to lead TestSafe, guiding strategic direction and performance across a multidisciplinary team delivering accredited testing and certification services.

You will drive governance, risk management and quality assurance, oversee accreditation systems, and steward assets and budgets while building strong relationships with regulators and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Senior executive leadership experience in complex operational or technical services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and performance of TestSafe.
• Drive the delivery of trusted testing, certification and technical assurance services.
• Ensure robust governance, risk management and quality assurance frameworks.
• Oversee accreditation systems and compliance with national and international standards.
• Provide stewardship of significant assets, resources and budgets.
• Build productive relationships with regulators, accreditation bodies and government agencies.
