Job summary

Australian Naval Nuclear Power Safety Regulator (ANNPSR) seeks an Executive Director Regulatory Integration to advise the Director-General and Deputy Director-General on strategic, organisational and operational matters.

You will provide enterprise-wide oversight, coordination and integration across regulatory, legal, security and corporate functions, ensuring priorities translate into coordinated action and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience translating executive priorities into coordinated organisational action.
Ability to manage governance, accountability and risk frameworks.
Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic advice to support executive decision-making.
Lead the coordination and execution of enterprise priorities.
Drive organisational integration and a 'One ANNPSR' approach to delivery.
Maintain oversight of organisational performance, risks, issues and commitments.
Support effective governance, accountability and organisational stewardship.
Coordinate responses to significant risks, emerging issues and critical matters.
Foster trusted relationships across Government, Defence, regulators and key stakeholders.
Support the continued development and maturity of an independent statutory regulator.
