About our Team
The Office of the Director-General is a small team comprising APS and ADF staff. The Executive Director Regulatory Integration will replace the current Chief of Staff role, providing leadership and coordination across the Office while bringing a broader focus on regulatory integration and enterprise outcomes. The Office is responsible for coordinating cross-Agency activities, governance, security and facilities, as well as managing senior executive engagements. The team operates relatively independently within a flat reporting structure, with all members expected to contribute flexibly to priority activities, connect and coordinate effort across the Agency, and work effectively with uncertainty and under limited direction to achieve Agency outcomes.
