Meli, a Victorian not-for-profit, seeks an Executive Director, Early Years to lead a portfolio of 34 kindergartens and related programs across Geelong, Bellarine Peninsula and Colac Otway. Reporting to the CEO and serving on the Executive Team, you will set direction, develop leadership capability and lift performance against outcomes.

You will build a high-performing leadership culture, strengthen community connections, drive strategic growth and ensure high-quality education across services.

Qualifikationen

• Experience guiding complex services or organisations through growth and transformation.
• Strong governance, risk, stakeholder management capability.
• Record of developing leaders and embedding commercial thinking without compromising service quality or social impact.

Aufgaben

• Deliver strategic growth that responds to community need and strengthens long-term sustainability of Early Years services.
• Establish a consistent, high-quality approach to education and practice across the kindergartens, while supporting each service's connection to its community.
• Develop leaders and teams, building commercial capability, accountability and data-informed decision making.
• Strengthen connected supports for children and families, alongside partnerships, quality, safety and measurable outcomes.
