Executive Director, Customer Digital & Data

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for a temporary 10-week opportunity to lead a diverse portfolio encompassing property data and analytics, customer service and operations, and digital and platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive leadership across this portfolio, with a focus on supporting the delivery of trusted services to customers, government agencies, and local councils. This role requires a collaborative and adaptable leader with a customer-focused mindset, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to quickly build relationships and provide strategic leadership. The Executive Director will be expected to lead and empower high-performing teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and maintain momentum across a diverse portfolio.Applicants for the Executive Director position should be experienced executives who can demonstrate sound judgment, the ability to navigate complex issues, and a proven track record of delivering outcomes in complex environments.
