Job summary

VenuesWest is seeking an exceptional and forward-thinking Executive Director Corporate Services to join its Executive Leadership Team and shape the future of Western Australia’s premier sport and entertainment venues.

The role reports to the CEO and provides accountable leadership for corporate services across Finance, HR, ICT and Safety, driving compliance, governance and continuous improvement while contributing to organisation strategy and culture. Flexible work from home options apply.

Qualifications

• Experience leading corporate service delivery with responsibility for compliance, governance and transactional activity across Finance, Human Resources, Safety and/or Information and Communication Technology.
• Understanding of Public Sector policy, legislation and WHS legislation and guidelines would be highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the corporate services delivery across Finance, Human Resources, ICT and Safety.
• Contribute to whole-of-organisation strategy, culture, safety, policy and performance, while driving continuous improvement of systems, processes, controls and service standards.
