Job description

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Civil Law to join its Executive Leadership Team. The successful candidate will lead one of the largest and most complex civil law practices in the country, providing strategic leadership for statewide civil law services. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-focused, and innovative legal assistance to individuals in need, particularly those in disadvantaged communities. The Executive Director will be responsible for shaping organizational strategy, influencing public policy, and strengthening partnerships across government, the legal assistance sector, and community organizations. Key responsibilities include contributing to executive decision-making, leading the development of civil law priorities, providing expert advice on emerging issues, and overseeing the allocation of resources to maximize service effectiveness.Applicants for the Executive Director position must be accomplished senior executive leaders with a proven track record in leading complex legal, professional, or public sector organizations.
