We offer remote work across Australia with a Brisbane office for occasional in-person collaboration. This leadership role oversees strategic delivery, P&L, and governance for high-impact client engagements.

You will drive margin, capacity planning, and senior stakeholder relationships, leading a ~20-person team and shaping the growth of our ERP/EAM/FSM delivery practice across Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a consulting delivery function at scale (people and P&L).
• Credible in front of CFOs/COOs in asset-intensive industries.
• Experience with ERP/EAM/FSM platforms such as IBM Maximo, SAP, IFS, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, ServiceMax or Salesforce Field Service.

Responsibilities

• Own the consulting P&L with accountability for revenue and cost drivers and manage margins and delivery capacity.
• Lead delivery quality, risk management and commercial performance across client engagements.
• Provide direct leadership to delivery teams and oversee staffing, resourcing and career development.
• Partner with sales on renewals, expansions and value-driven proposals.
• Establish governance, risk management, and continuous improvement across engagements.
