Job summary

Accor is seeking an Executive Chef in Melbourne's inner-north to lead daily kitchen operations, craft innovative menus and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will mentor a high-energy team, manage budgeting and cost controls, and ensure strict food safety standards across all outlets.

Qualifications

  • Previous similar experience in a high-energy, fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and guide culinary teams.
  • Extensive culinary expertise, creativity, and a passion for delivering bold flavours and beautifully plated dishes.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, labour planning, and financial management.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Proven knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and health compliance standards.
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certification.
