The Little Big Dairy Co., a growing family dairy brand near Dubbo in Central West NSW, is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO. You’ll support day-to-day operations, prepare financials, and help keep the business running smoothly with the CEO as your primary partner.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CEO on whatever the business needs, as her go-to person for getting things done
• Run payroll, rostering and HR admin, including reviews, onboarding and hiring support
• Prepare financials and lodge BAS
• Document systems and processes and keep everything organised and filed
• Work with external consultants and advisers, and help direct their work
• Order spare parts and manage inventory, and support the factory, farm and logistics teams
• Answer the phone and be a friendly first point of contact for staff, customers, suppliers and locals dropping in
