Responsibilities

• Manage a wide range of administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and handling enquiries.
• Coordinate Ministerial responses, Parliamentary Questions and briefing documents.
• Maintain accurate data records, track Ministerial correspondence and divisional work.
• Oversee travel and accommodation arrangements for the Division.
• Collaborate closely with the Principal Consultant and engage with senior staff and the Minister’s Office.
• Handle confidential enquiries with discretion and ensure timely, helpful responses.
