About the role:

The Executive Assistant provides high-level, confidential executive and business support to the Executive Director, Improvement, and their team. The role is critical to enabling the efficient operation of the Office of the Executive Director, supporting delivery of government priorities and maintaining a high‑performing, connected branch.

The Executive Assistant is a key coordinating link between the Executive Director and the Improvement branch and provides a pivotal point of contact for key stakeholders from government, health and private sectors, requiring a high level of professionalism, initiative and collaboration.

About you:

  • A tertiary qualification in business would be advantageous.
  • Experience and expertise in the use of Microsoft office, record keeping legislation and departmental processes for finance, procurement and recruitment
