About the Role:

A dynamic opportunity awaits at the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) for an experienced, motivated Executive Assistant to support our GP Integration Unit. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced executive environment and enjoys being at the centre of high‑level organisational coordination.

As the Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing proactive administrative and secretarial support to NALHN GP Integration Officers of the Primary Health Network, including advice and recommendations, contributing to the resolution of complex and sensitive issues, providing a contact point for internal and external stakeholders, preparation and drafting of reports, briefing notes, undertaking minor research and projects relating to the communication pathways and programs between General Practice and the acute hospital setting including data collection and analysis.

About You:

In this role, you will bring a proven ability to manage competing priorities and maintain focus under pressure. You excel at working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and the ability to anticipate the needs of senior executives. Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are highly developed, enabling you to build trust, foster cooperation, and maintain discretion at all times.

You will have substantial experience supporting senior executives as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in an equivalent high‑level administrative position. Your background includes coordinating complex meetings and events, preparing detailed reports and briefing materials, and managing confidential information with care. Strong project management capability, coupled with experience establishing and improving administrative systems, will be essential to your success. Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite is also critical, along with a commitment to continuous professional development and maintaining a polished, professional presence.
