A health service provider is seeking a full-time Executive/Administration Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Curran Professor in Health Care of Older People. The position is for up to 12 months, offering competitive remuneration, and is located at Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital. Candidates should have high-level Microsoft Office skills and the ability to manage resources effectively.
Opportunity exists for the Executive/Administration Assistant for the Curran Chair in Health Care of Older People. The position is full-time 5 days per week Monday- Friday business hours, however applications will be considered for applicants available 5 days per week but requesting shorter hours (e.g. 6-7 hours per day).
The position provides comprehensive administrative support to the Curran Professor; the position is for up to 12-months and is reviewed on an annual basis.
Employment Type: Full Time Temporary until 23 October 2026 (with the possibility of ongoing employment)
Position Classification: Administration Officer Level 5
Remuneration: $1458.95 - $1492.04 per week
Hours Per Week: 38
