We are currently seeking a highly professional and proactive Executive Assistant to support three senior leaders on a 12 Month Max Term Contract.
This is a unique opportunity to support three senior individuals, providing high-level administrative and operational support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
As the Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our senior executives. You’ll manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare board-level reports, and act as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to anticipate needs, maintain confidentiality, and deliver with precision will be essential to your success.
