Our client is a highly regarded Investment Manager based in Sydney CBD, with a strong reputation globally and outperforming their competition. The Opportunity

This is a pivotal Executive Assistant role supporting a team of 6 within the Private Equity team, ranging from Managing Director level through to Associate. Operating at the heart of the business, you will act as a true right hand, ensuring priorities are aligned, time is optimised, and the day-to-day runs with precision. You will join a team of EAs to offer an internal network and coverage when needed. This is a fast-paced, high-touch environment suited to an EA who thrives under pressure, enjoys being across everything, and takes pride in anticipating needs before they arise.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Diary Management
  • Complex diary management for a Managing Director and Director, balancing competing priorities
  • Proactively manage scheduling, anticipating conflicts and resolving issues before they arise
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including senior stakeholders and clients
  • Act as a key point of contact, managing calls, correspondence, and inbox flow
Travel, Events & Operations
  • End-to-end coordination of domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries for the team
  • Organise client and investor meetings, events, including logistics, venues, and catering
  • Support the broader team with ad hoc coordination and operational requirements
About You
  • 5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within financial services, private equity, investment banking, or a similarly fast-paced environment
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to understand business priorities and operate accordingly
  • Proven ability to support multiple senior stakeholders in a high-pressure environment
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working with shifting priorities
  • Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
