Above all, you'll take genuine ownership of the role. You won't need to be told what to do next because you'll already be thinking three steps ahead.
We're looking for an experienced, confident and highly capable Executive Assistant who has supported senior executives or C-suite leaders in a busy, demanding environment. You'll be someone who combines exceptional organisational skills with emotional intelligence, sound judgement and a genuine ability to build relationships.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Experience within the not-for-profit, government or community sector would be wonderful, but it's certainly not essential.
What's far more important is your experience, your approach to executive support and your ability to build a genuine partnership with the CEO.
There's a lot to love about this opportunity. You'll be joining a welcoming, collaborative and genuinely inclusive organisation where people care deeply about the work they do and the communities they support.
You'll also enjoy:
While the organisation offers flexibility, there will occasionally be evening events or times when the CEO needs support outside standard business hours. It's very much a two-way approach, with flexibility and reasonable boundaries respected on both sides.
One thing we particularly love about this organisation is its genuine commitment to diversity, inclusion and belonging.
This is a truly diverse organisation, both in the communities it represents and the people who make up its team. It's a workplace where different cultures, identities, backgrounds and lived experiences are welcomed, respected and celebrated.
It's an LGBTQIA+ inclusive and culturally diverse workplace where people are encouraged to bring their authentic selves to work, feel safe, supported and valued for who they are.
At doris Talent, we embrace what makes each of us unique. We encourage applications from all backgrounds, regardless of race, gender, age, sexual orientation, or ability.
We’re proudly diverse, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
