Job summary

Wesfarmers Health in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Digital & Technology Officer for a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will be a trusted partner, managing complex diaries, travel, events, and presentations.

You’ll coordinate with senior leaders, streamline team operations, handle invoices and onboarding, and help drive strategic initiatives. The role requires discretion, exceptional organisation, and proactive problem-solving.

• Be the go-to contact for the Chief Digital & Technology Officer, acting as a trusted partner and sounding board
• Own complex diaries, meetings, travel, events, and presentations — ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
• Drive seamless team operations: invoices, expenses, workflows, onboarding, performance reviews, and more
• Collaborate closely with other EAs across the business to keep the wider division running smoothly
