Job summary

BDO Australia is seeking an Executive Assistant to support Business Services Partners and the broader team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality administrative support, coordinating client engagements, and driving efficient operations across the firm.

You will engage with colleagues across the firm to implement process improvements, leverage new technologies, and become a trusted member of a collaborative support network.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an Executive Assistant or similar support role.
  • Experience in a professional services environment is highly regarded.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting Partners with client engagements.
  • Provide proactive administrative support to the Business Services team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate client onboarding activities and assist with compliance processes in line with the firm's risk framework.
  • Assist with diary management, inbox coordination and scheduling activities.
  • Organise meetings, training sessions, events, travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Support billing, expense management and other partner administration requirements.
