Our Office of the Deputy Secretary, Energy, Climate Change and Sustainability is currently seeking to appoint a highly motivated Executive Administration Officer to provide high-quality executive, business, financial, governance and event support. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with senior leaders to deliver strategic and operational priorities, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, maintain action registers, and monitor key deliverables. You will also manage financial administration, including purchase orders, invoice processing, expenditure tracking and budget reporting, while supporting governance activities and staff events.
The Office of the Deputy Secretary is within the Strategic Coordination Unit. As a service‑focused team we learn, deliver and grow together, valuing the culture of our team and the people we work with.
