The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) is seeking an accomplished executive to serve as First Assistant Secretary, providing strategic leadership across major functions and guiding policy, delivery and enterprise capability.

You will shape strategic direction, lead large programs and teams, drive system-wide change, and build influential partnerships across the APS and with external partners to secure safe, well-paid work for Australians.
