Overview

We\'re on the hunt for skilled civil operators to become part of our civil construction team for works on major civil projects in Perth.

Benefits

• $47 per hour - GPS Experience final trim operators and drainers
• $44.50 per hour - Final trim operators
• $42 per hour - Bulk operators
• $21.94 travel allowance daily, $19.00 meal allowance paid after 9.1 hours worked

Key Responsibilities

• Operate excavators for digging, trenching, and leveling.
• Operate loaders for loading dump trucks, prepping road bases and trimming house pads.
• Navigate carefully around underground services, avoiding any damages.
• Engage with project plans and specifications to accurately identify the location of underground utilities.
• Maintain a commitment to safety, ensuring all operations comply with safety standards.
• Participate in daily equipment checks and maintenance routines.

What We Need From You

• At least 3 years of experience in civil construction, specifically in operating excavators.
• A solid track record of safely working around services like gas, water, and electricity.
• Relevant machinery tickets and licenses.
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work extended hours, with availability for 10+ hour shifts on weekdays and 6 hours on Saturdays.
