XPower is in search of a Multi skilled VESI trained Excavator Operator/Civil Worker. We are a ETU union based company that prides itself on being the best in the industry.

VESI training certification is required at time of application.

Minimum 3+ years excavator operating experience is essential.

Australian citizenship is required for this position.

Minimum 3+ years civil construction experience is required.

A valid heavy rigid driver's licence is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that the quality and delivery of works/service are maintained at the highest standards
• Performs work as directed
• Ensures that works/service is delivered to expected timelines and quality standards for the assigned works
• Able to work unsupervised, and successfully deliver directed tasks
• Full responsibility for safe driving/operating & maintenance of company vehicles, plant & equipment
• Conducts Traffic management/control if needed
• Takes reasonable care for their own health & safety and that of others, affected by their actions/work performances
• Ensures all activities comply with relevant legislative, Australian and industry standards
• Completes relevant H&S and general forms & documents as required
• Maintains a professional and friendly manner with customers at all times
• Represents XPower in a safe, competent and professional manner
