Job summary

Simpson Trees and Stumps Pty Ltd in Ballarat VIC is seeking a hands-on tree and site worker to join our family‑owned team. You will safely operate an Elevated Work Platform (EWP), feed and control a wood chipper, perform ground work and support the tree crew, and ensure sites are left clean and safe.

The ideal candidate holds a White Card, MR or HR truck licence, High Risk Work Licence for EWP over 11 metres, chainsaw and tree‑industry competencies, and a safety‑minded, reliable team player

Qualifications

• Experience in the industry.
• The physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• A reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious approach.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow directions.
• Construction Induction Card (White Card).
• A current MR or HR manual truck licence.
• Relevant chainsaw and tree-industry competencies.
• High Risk Work Licence—EWP over 11 metres.
