The National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) is Australia’s premier training ground for future leaders and practitioners in the dramatic arts. Located at Kensington in Sydney, it is a Centre of excellence in education and training. NIDA is unique in the world for its practice-based and industry-relevant training in the range that it offers which includes Acting, Design, Costume, Properties and Objects, Technical Theatre and Stage Management, Scenic Construction, Writing for Performance, Directing and Cultural Leadership.
Lead the planning and delivery of NIDA's annual calendar of fundraising, donor, alumni, industry and stakeholder engagement events. This role oversees end-to-end event management, including project planning, budgets, logistics, suppliers, production coordination, stakeholder engagement and event evaluation. You will also manage sponsorship fulfilment, partner activations and supporter engagement initiatives, ensuring exceptional event experiences that strengthen relationships and support NIDA's fundraising, partnership and engagement objectives.
Experience delivering events, projects or stakeholder engagement initiatives, with strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills. You'll be confident managing competing priorities, budgets and timelines, thrive in a collaborative environment, and bring a flexible, proactive approach. Experience with CRM systems and the arts, education or not-for-profit sectors will be highly regarded.

This is afull-time 2-year contract.
The base annual salary is$120,000 + 12% Superannuation, based on a 38-hour working week.
