Job summary

Resthaven is seeking a hands-on Events and Marketing coordinator for its Head Office in Wayville. This twelve-month contract covers maternity leave, offering an opportunity to shape a diverse program within the marketing and communications team.

You will coordinate events, manage communications, and handle post-event analysis while supporting website updates and publications. Recent graduates are welcome to apply, with a friendly, development-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, coordinating, and delivering events and community engagement activities.
• Ability to manage multiple events and priorities from planning to delivery and evaluation.
• Strong event coordination and organisational skills, including logistics, invitations, registrations, and on-the-day needs.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience using event management tools and producing visual content for social media and websites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a busy events schedule and related communications.
• Undertake pre and post event market research and report outcomes.
• Coordinate social and owned media and communications for events.
• Engage with internal teams, suppliers, community partners, volunteers and other stakeholders.
• Prepare visual content for social media and websites and manage event logistics.
