Job summary

Resthaven is seeking a Communications and Events Coordinator to join our Marketing and Communications team at the Wayville head office, SA. This twelve-month maternity leave contract offers hands-on opportunities across integrated media, website updates, writing and editing publications, and events management.

You will bring professional qualifications or experience in event management, multimedia, and communications, with strong stakeholder engagement and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Professional qualifications and/or experience in event management, multimedia, communications, or PR.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and delivering events with multiple priorities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a busy events schedule and all associated communications.
• Conduct pre and post event market research and report outcomes.
• Manage social media, owned media, and associated communications for events.
• Support website updates, writing and editing publications, and issues management.
