As we go through an exciting period of growth, we are now looking for an Events and Admin Assistant to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

As an Events and Admin Assistant, you will provide essential events and administrative support to the Lantra Scotland Team, helping us deliver programmes and projects whilst engaging effectively with customers, partners and colleagues.
Specifically, you'll be making sure our events and engagement activities are meticulously planned and executed, delivering a professional, efficient experience to all parties.
You'll be involved in high-profile events, such as the Royal Highland Show, ALBAS, Be a Farmer and VirtRural, playing a vital role in planning and delivery, and fulfilling a critical support role.
Supporting the Scotland Director and wider team with a range of administrative tasks to keep our work moving, you'll manage enquiries and shared resources, maintain accurate records and support financial processes.
