Job summary

ICC Sydney is seeking an experienced Event Delivery Supervisor to join our world-class team at The Cutaway, with duties across ICC Sydney venues. You will lead a large team, coordinate event operations from bump in to bump out, and ensure service excellence across food and beverage delivery, logistics, and safety.

The ideal candidate has proven supervisory experience in complex events, strong client liaison skills, and a passion for delivering premium guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years industry experience including two years in a senior supervisory role.
• Valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation.
• Forklift licence desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large operational teams.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver event operations, including food and beverage service, venue readiness, logistics and loading dock activities.
• Act as the key point of contact and escalation for clients and stakeholders during event tenancy.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a large, diverse team across event operations and food & beverage services.
• Oversee coordination with internal departments including logistics, technical services, and hospitality.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing best-in-class standards in client service and guest experience.
