We’re looking for a highly-driven achiever to join our leadership team at Event Cinemas Coomera as a casual Duty Manager. Together with the senior management team, you will be responsible for leading our team and delivering exceptional service on shift.

Event Cinemas Coomera is in the heart of Gold Coast’s northern suburbs with 2 Gold Class Cinemas, 2 VMAX cinemas and 4 Original Cinemas.

Are you?

· Someone who currently guides their team from the front, to deliver memorable customer experiences

· Someone with strong attention to detail

· Someone who has a minimum 6 months’ experience as a level 3 cinema employee

· Competent in all FOH departments and with cash handling

· Someone who has strong computer literacy

As a Duty Manager, your responsibilities will include:

· Managing the business in the absence of the Assistant General Manager and General Manager

· Conducting open and close procedures, including secondary cash handling

· Training, leading and coaching of existing and new team members

· Handling of customer enquiries and feedback

· Working as part of the management team to keep focus on our NPS scores

· Ensuring the safety of all team members and customers

· Communicating and implementing EVT standards and policies on shift
