About the role:
Working within the Brand Experience Team, the Event and Activation Coordinator will deliver key community activations and employee experience events. The role will also drive the organisation’s event schedule and support the development and delivery of events management governance, delivery tools and support across Unitywater.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate the development and implementation of Unitywater’s events and activations strategy, governance tools and supporting documentation.
  • Deliver external events and activations that enhance Unitywater reputation, including event planning, logistics, budgeting, stakeholder management and evaluation.
  • Assist the development of the Drink Tap Program strategy and implement the associated community activations.
  • Deliver internal events that enhance employee experience, including event planning, logistics, catering, budgeting, stakeholder management and evaluation.
  • Manage event collateral and merchandise.
  • Ensure events are coordinated within budget and aligned with strategic outcomes.
  • Perform other duties that align with the skills and knowledge requirements of this role.
This is a full-time, permanent position working 36.15 hours per week at our Maroochydore Head Office. There will be approximately 10 weekends across the year you will be required to assist with events which you will receive relevant pay rates and time off during the week to compensate.

  • Ability to measure and evaluate the success of activations and recommend improvements.
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong time management and organisation skills
  • Open driver’s licence (event van available).
