Job summary

ALDI Australia is seeking a Duty Manager to drive store performance through leadership and hands-on supervision. You will open and close the store, supervise shifts, train staff, and ensure customers receive exceptional service with a smile.

You'll oversee stock, safety, and incident prevention while guiding a small team. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and a customer-first mindset to support ALDI's low-price, high-quality promise.
