Community Moves is seeking an experienced trainer to lead a regular evening session at CM Mosman, with occasional cover at Forestville and Narrabeen. The role focuses on older adults, with yoga instructors encouraged and other specialists welcomed.

You’ll plan and deliver weekly classes, adapt moves for varied abilities, and help foster the warm, social environment our members value. Current First Aid and CPR are required.

Formación

• A relevant qualification: yoga teacher cert (200hr+), Cert III/IV in Fitness, exercise science degree or equivalent.
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• Experience with older adults or genuine interest in working with them.
• Reliability: members plan their week around this class.
• Warmth, patience and good communication; strength training experience essential.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver a consistent weekly evening class.
• Adapt movements for a range of abilities, injuries and confidence levels.
• Build rapport with members and help create the social, welcoming feel.
• Work alongside our coaching team and site manager.
