The Monday Club is seeking a Personal Trainer (Cert IV) to lead group sessions for older adults in Balmain, combining in-person training with virtual delivery. You will tailor programs, conduct screenings, and ensure safe, engaging workouts that foster independence and connection.

Ideal candidates have a Certificate IV in Fitness with First Aid & CPR, experience with older adults, and comfort using Zoom or streaming tools to support virtual classes.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Fitness (Personal Training) with First Aid & CPR.
• Experience with older adults or special populations.
• Ability to adapt exercises for diverse needs and deliver virtual sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-activity screenings and adapt programs for a wide range of abilities.
• Deliver both in-person and virtual strength, balance, and fitness sessions.
• Motivate members, build rapport, and make exercise enjoyable and social.
