Job summary

East Coast Freight Distribution on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an experienced HC driver for a regular evening shuttle between the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. This casual role offers steady hours and a predictable routine that fits a balanced lifestyle.

You'll operate a semi-trailer fleet from our Kunda Park depot, perform safety checks, swap trailers at Archerfield, and complete end-of-shift paperwork, with nights finishing around midnight.

Qualifications

• Current HC driver's licence and experience with semi-trailers.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-focused with a good driving record.
• Ability to work independently and maintain fatigue records.

Responsibilities

• Start ~4 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Pre-start safety checks and trailer preparation.
• Drive to Archerfield, swap trailers and return to Kunda Park.
• Unload returning trailer and secure freight in shed.
• Complete paperwork and end-of-shift procedures; take mandated rest break.
