You will handle operations on second shift, monitor production quality, and maintain safety protocols. The role requires careful attention to detail and the ability to work with forklifts and computer systems.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Willing to work overtime including weekends.
• Close visual work required.
• Knowledge of general computer skills.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate batch-off and packaging of mixed compound.
• Operate forklift for various functions.
• Maintain quality control by monitoring production output.
• Identify issues with the product or process.
• Operate a computer control system.
• Maintain and operate barcode printer.
• Refill batch dip and maintain proper slab dip levels.
• Clean batch-off bars and dip tank weekly.
• Set up next batch and ensure proper packaging containers.
