Job summary

Noisette Bakery is seeking Packing Team Members for our Botany, NSW site. You will be responsible for picking, packing and labelling freshly baked bread and pastries for dispatch to cafés, restaurants and catering groups across Australia.

The role operates in a fast-paced production environment, requiring accuracy and attention to detail, with shifts running 7:00pm to 11:00pm. This casual position offers regular evening work opportunities and the chance to join a national bakery network.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual in attendance and performance.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy and labeling.
• Willing to learn established processes and follow safety rules.
• Experience in warehouse, picking or packing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support packing, labeling, sorting and preparation of bakery products for dispatch in a fast-paced production environment.
• Pick and pack bakery products accurately.
• Prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Check products and quantities against orders.
• Sort and organise bakery products.
• Handle and move packed bakery products.
• Maintain a clean and organised packing area.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
• Work efficiently as part of a busy team.
