Challenger Services Group is seeking a Part-Time Facility Cleaner for a premium aged care community in Rushcutters Bay, NSW. You will maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, with a Monday to Friday 6:00pm–10:00pm shift.

The role emphasizes high standards of cleanliness, infection control, and reliable, organised work habits to support resident wellbeing and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or facility services preferred.
• Understands safe cleaning practices and chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high cleanliness standards across resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitise and manage waste daily.
• Assist infection prevention through cleaning high-contact surfaces.
• Replenish consumables (soap, towels, toilet paper) as required.
• Follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures.
