Job summary

The Fresh Collective, a Sydney-based hospitality group, is seeking Logistics Runners for events in Redfern from 20 to 23 October. You will assist with bumping in/out, unloading deliveries, loading gear, restocking bars, and keeping the site tidy.

Ideal candidates are physically fit, able to lift 10–15 kg, with a willingness to learn and work varied shifts. Casual hourly rates apply, with lunch provided and training offered.

Qualifications

• Flexible with working hours and shifts.
• Available 20–23 October, including 23 Oct 2pm–11pm.
• Physically fit with ability to walk long distances and lift 10–15 kg.
• Bar-back or warehousing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bump in and bump out of Major Events.
• Unload all food, beverages, linen and disposables from daily deliveries.
• Load linen and disposables into containers on site.
• Pack beverages and restock multiple bars.
• Assist delivery driver with loading/unloading deliveries.
• General site clean up.
• Shift roster will vary.

The Fresh Collective is hiring multiple Logistics Runners (Event Setup & Pack Down Crew) to help with exciting events from Tuesday 20 October to Thursday 22 October. Shifts are available from morning through to evening, with opportunities for further work.

If you are physically fit, able to lift heavy boxes up to 15 kg and comfortable with manual labour, this is the role for you.

About the role

• Bump in and bump outof Major Events
• Unload all food, beverages, linen, and disposables from daily deliveries
• Load linen and disposables into containers on site
• Pack beverages and restock multiple bars
• Assist our delivery driver to load and unload deliveries (do not need to drive)
• General clean up of site
• Shift roster will vary

About You

• Flexibility with working hours is highly regarded
• Available next 20 to 23 October, with 23 October shift 2pm to 11pm
• Physically fit - this role requires a lot of walking around a large site, as well as regularly lifting 10-15kgs
• Prior bar-back or warehousing experience is highly regarded

Pay rates (hourly casual rate):

Mon-Fri at $33.85 plus super

Sat at $40.62 plus super

Sun at $47.39 plus super

Public Holiday at $67.70 plus super
