Job summary

The Fresh Collective in Sydney is seeking a reliable Driver to join our growing Logistics Team, delivering event supplies across the city and supporting our hospitality operations.

You will work 30 hours per week on rotating shifts, with training provided and a friendly, team‑oriented environment near Redfern Station.

Qualifications

• Full manual driver's license valid in Australia.
• Previous courier or driver experience with knowledge of Sydney CBD and loading docks.
• Hard-working, reliable attitude with focus on teamwork and customer-first mindset.
• Availability to work Monday to Saturday with flexible shifts and rotating schedules.

Responsibilities

• Pack and load glassware, containers, linen, food, and kitchen equipment with care.
• Drive a courier van and 3T Pantech Truck to various locations across Sydney for event deliveries and pickups.
• Work closely with the logistics team on bump-ins and bump-outs for large events.
• Ensure items are delivered safely and on time, and returned to correct locations.
