Job summary

DENZA is expanding its Sydney retail and aftersales network and seeks passionate Automotive Service Technicians to join the team. This role delivers high-quality servicing, diagnostics and repairs on premium vehicles, including EV and hybrid systems, while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Qualified Automotive Technician (Certificate III or equivalent).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with modern vehicle electrical and electronic systems.
• Commitment to quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
• Positive attitude and ability to work within a team.
• Current driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults using advanced diagnostic equipment.
• Inspect, diagnose and repair EV, hybrid and high-voltage systems in accordance with training and authorisations.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and pre-delivery preparation.
• Maintain accurate job cards, repair records and documentation.
• Work collaboratively with Service Advisors and workshop colleagues.
• Maintain a safe, clean and efficient workshop environment.
• Participate in ongoing manufacturer training and technical development.
