Zusammenfassung

Vanderlande seeks a Finance Team Lead Tax & Compliance Europe to lead the regional tax team and strengthen tax governance across Europe. You will oversee compliance, coordinate with Group Tax and local finance, and drive improvements in processes and controls. English fluency and strong leadership are essential.

You will report to the Team Lead Tax & Compliance EU / LATAM and collaborate with Legal, Treasury, Payroll, and Accounting to ensure accurate tax execution and risk management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Tax, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in tax, tax compliance, or related finance function.
• Experience leading, coaching, or coordinating a team.
• Strong knowledge of corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and general tax compliance.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Europe Tax & Compliance team and ensure compliant tax framework.
• Oversee day-to-day tax compliance activities and reporting across Europe.
• Coordinate corporate income tax, VAT, and withholding tax with local teams.
• Support transfer pricing compliance and documentation requirements.
• Act as contact for authorities, auditors, and external advisors; manage tax risks.
• Translate legislation changes into practical guidance for the business.
• Drive standardization and process improvements across European tax activities.
• Build relationships with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Treasury, and Payroll.
