The program is designed to provide international exposure and long‑term career development. Your 1st rotation will take place in Razgrad, Bulgaria, followed by your 2nd rotation and graduation role in Bazancourt, France.

What We Are Looking For

• Recent graduate (0-2 years' experience) in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Strong interest in electrical systems, maintenance, and manufacturing operations
• Good English skills
• French is a plus, but not required. Candidates should be willing to learn French during the program. ADM will provide French language training and support.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Open to international mobility and relocation as part of the program
