Job summary

PIMCO is hiring an ETF Distribution role to grow its active ETF platform across GWM and digital channels in Australia. You will own a client segment, drive sales, and collaborate with Account Managers to deliver exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years ETF experience, a Bachelor's degree (CFA/MBA preferred), and strong communications with financial advisors. You will stay compliant and build strategic client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CFA/MBA preferred.
• 5+ years ETF distribution experience across channels.
• Strong communicator with financial advisors; CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Drive ETF platform sales to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Develop strategies to attract new clients and service existing ones via digital channels.
• Support Head of ETF Sales with product development and management tasks.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of PIMCO products, platforms, and client needs.
• Ensure compliance with industry and company regulations.
