Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced E&I Estimator to provide engineering services and project management support for our Engineering Construction team. Based in Milton, you will lead bid and estimating work for E&I projects across the country and help plan project delivery.

You will scope work, consolidate inputs from stakeholders into a single Basis of Estimate, and present estimates to senior leadership. Advanced Excel, InEight and WinEst experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) design, engineering, and construction estimating.
• Formal Electrical Trade qualification or Engineering background gained within a construction environment.
• Ability to interface and collaborate with Civil and Mechanical disciplines during estimate development.
• Strong commercial acumen with advanced computer literacy and excellent organisational skills.
• Proven capability to lead the estimating process and consolidate inputs from multiple stakeholders into a single master estimate.
• Experience contributing to Risk and Opportunity assessments.
• Confidence presenting estimates to senior leadership.
• Excellent communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (essential).
• Ability to prepare comprehensive Basis of Estimate (BOE) documentation.
• Previous experience with InEight and WinEst estimating software is highly desirable.
• Proof of right to work in Australia.

Monadelphous is currently seeking an experienced E&I Estimator, to provide engineering services and project management support for our Engineering Construction team.

This role will see you based in our Milton office and responsible for the successful bid and estimating work for E&I projects throughout the country. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned estimating professional to showcase their skills and make a significant impact on our Engineering Construction Division here on the East Coast.
