Job summary

JPS Construction Recruitment in Brisbane seeks an experienced Estimator to own tenders for new-build projects valued between $5M and $20M. You will join a four-person estimating team and collaborate with a hands-on Estimating Manager to manage workload and submissions.

You will prepare estimates, take-offs and tender submissions using CostX and Excel, coordinate pricing and review drawings and tender docs. Expect a collaborative environment with strong client relationships and a focus on quality.

Qualifications

• Estimating experience across commercial new build construction projects.
• Confidence managing tenders independently from start to submission.
• CostX experience highly regarded.

The Opportunity

This established Brisbane builder is looking for an experienced Estimator to take ownership of tenders across its growing new-build division, primarily delivering education projects valued between $5M and $20M.

You’ll join a team of four, working alongside a hands-on Estimating Manager who is looking for someone capable of independently managing the new-build tender workload.

With typically two tenders on the go at any one time, you have the time and support to produce accurate, competitive submissions without being overloaded.
