Job summary

AKG Group is seeking an Employment Skills Training Facilitator to join our national team in Australia. This role focuses on facilitating group training sessions for job seekers, promoting AKG and EST courses, and providing completion reports to participants.

The position requires understanding local labour markets, engaging job seekers through EST programs, and coordinating with host organisations to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employment Services is highly regarded.
• Computer skills and MS Office knowledge are essential.
• Efficient administration skills and able to demonstrate effective time management.
• Highly organised and able to self-manage day to day tasks appropriately.
• Capable of handling difficult situations and manage conflict.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with a range of diverse people.

• Have full working rights in Australia
• Have a current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
• Complete an Australia History Criminal Check
• Have a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
• Ability to work Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
