Job summary

Aurecon Group is seeking an ESI Trainer and Assessor to join our Industry Skills team, based in Sydney or Newcastle. You will contribute to the quality delivery of training and assessment projects across Australasia, working on-site at client locations and our RTO programs.

You’ll deliver ESI technical training, undertake assessments in blended/face-to-face and e-learning formats, and focus on national units of competency including UET refresher units.

Qualifications

• Active enrolment in (or holding) a vocational training qualification (TAE40122 Cert IV TAE or equivalent).
• All licences and documentation (e.g., police check, working with children, high risk and driver’s licences) are current and valid.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ESI technical training for our ASQA-accredited RTO (enterprise, industry, mandatory, refresher).
• Conduct training and assessment of students (blended/face-to-face and e-learning) on client sites.
• Deliver national units of competency, including refresher units from the UET training package.
• Ensure training and assessment meet RTO/client/industry and regulatory requirements.
