KPMG Australia is offering a one-year graduate pathway in the Business, Consulting, Risk & ESG area. The program targets students in their final year of study in 2026 or recent graduates.

You will gain real client exposure from day one, with targeted coaching and development, beginning work in February 2027 in a full-time, ongoing graduate role. You will work across teams including risk, climate and ESG, governance, and social impact, building analytical and advisory skills while contributing to

Help organisations create positive change for people, planet and communities. Our teams work across climate and sustainability, social impact, human rights, safety and wellbeing, and governance helping clients understand risks, design strategies and build more responsible and resilient organisations. You might be assessing sustainability data, contributing to climate risk analysis, evaluating social impact initiatives or supporting human rights reviews. If you’re driven by purpose, curious about how businesses can operate ethically, and keen to help clients navigate complex sustainability challenges, this pathway could be the right fit for you.

About rolling intake

We run two rounds of recruitment: main intake (now closed) and rolling intake. We aim to fill as many of our roles as possible through the main intake but, of course, things change and new roles come up. Applying to the rolling intake means your application will be reviewed as a suitable role comes up (and it does happen!).

You’ll gain exposure to projects across sectors including government, energy, transport, financial services, health, and the not‑for‑profit sector building strong analytical, problem‑solving and advisory skills while helping create meaningful impact.
